MSFTPAD launches coins on pump.fun and spends their creator fees on Microsoft xStock (MSFTx), which it sends to the people holding those coins.

What MSFTPAD does

Every coin launched here is an ordinary pump.fun coin: 1B supply, a bonding curve, then pump.fun's AMM once it graduates. The one difference is who pump.fun pays the creator fee to. Instead of the launcher's wallet, it's a fee wallet made for that coin, and the only thing that wallet ever does is buy MSFTx and pay it out.

Launching

  1. Fill in a name, ticker, image and optional links and dev buy on the launch page.
  2. The server publishes the metadata and builds the pump.fun create transaction with the coin's fee wallet as creator. It pre-signs with the new mint key only.
  3. Your wallet signs and pays: pump.fun's create cost, any dev buy, and 0.005 SOL of gas for the fee wallet. If everything doesn't fit in one transaction, you sign two in a single prompt.
  4. Once the curve exists on chain with the fee wallet as its creator, the coin is listed.

Where the fees go

pump.fun charges a creator fee on every buy and sell, on the curve and after graduation. Every 10 minutes the keeper checks each coin's fee wallet and claims once 0.01 SOL is waiting. Each claim is split:

ShareGoes to
70%The coin's own holders, paid in MSFTx
30%The house pot, paid in MSFTx to $MSFTPAD holders

If $MSFTPAD itself is launched here, it keeps 100% of its own fees for its holders, and it gets the house pot on top.

Payout rounds

A round runs when a pot holds at least 0.05 SOL and the previous round for it is at least 30 minutes old.

  1. Snapshot. Every wallet holding 0.1% or more of the coin's supply, by balance (up to 150 wallets). Pools, the bonding curve and other program accounts are excluded automatically.
  2. Size. Opening a MSFTx account for a wallet that doesn't have one costs about 0.002 SOL of rent, which the pot pays. A wallet whose share would be less than twice that waits for a bigger round, so rent never eats the payout.
  3. Buy. The pot is swapped SOL → MSFTx on Jupiter (1.5% max slippage).
  4. Pay. All of the MSFTx in the wallet goes out pro rata in batches of 6, each one a plain token transfer you can see on Solscan. Nothing to claim or stake.

Every round, transfer and signature is listed on Payouts, and you can look up any wallet there.

The house pot

The house wallet gets 30% of every coin's fees. Until $MSFTPAD exists, the pot only fills. After that it runs rounds on the same rules, paying $MSFTPAD holders. Holding $MSFTPAD means being paid by every coin launched here, not just one.

About MSFTx

MSFTx is Backed Finance's xStock for Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) on Solana, a Token-2022 token backed 1:1 by shares held by the issuer. Its mint is XspzcW1PRtgf6Wj92HCiZdjzKCyFekVD8P5Ueh3dRMX. It uses a scaled UI amount: dividends are reinvested by raising a multiplier, so the number your wallet shows grows slowly over time.

xStocks are not offered to US persons or in some other jurisdictions, and the issuer can pause or freeze the token. Holding MSFTx is not the same as owning Microsoft shares: you get no voting rights or direct claim on Microsoft.

Keys and trust

  • Each coin's fee wallet and the house wallet are derived from one server-side seed. The keeper signs claims, swaps and transfers with them. Nothing else uses them.
  • Your wallet only signs the launch and your own trades. MSFTPAD never asks for an approval or a delegate.
  • Every claim, buy and payout carries an msftpad: memo, so the whole history can be read back from chain.

Risks

  • pump.fun coins are volatile and most go to zero. Payouts depend on trading volume.
  • MSFTx tracks MSFT's price, so the value of what you've been paid moves with it.
  • Jupiter routes, pump.fun's fee program or the xStocks issuer could change in ways that pause payouts until the keeper is updated.
  • MSFTPAD is independent and not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation. Nothing here is investment advice.
